插齿刀齿形角修正算法与精度探讨

     

摘要

出于研制高精度插齿刀的需要,分析了插齿刀齿廓偏差产生的因为及插齿刀齿形角修正的必要性,提出了一种基于齿廓倾斜偏差误差补偿的优化迭代算法.通过一组实例验证了使用该优化算法设计的插齿刀切齿时产生的残余齿廓偏差较传统插齿刀要小.研究结果表明优化设计后的插齿刀可提高被加工齿轮的齿廓精度,并使其齿顶和齿根处产生等量的自然修形量.%In order to develop high precision gear shaping cutter, the reason of profile deviation and the necessary of profile angle of gear shaping cuter were analyzed. A kind of optimal iteration arithmetic was proposed based on error compensation of gear profile helix deviation. Compared with traditional design method,it is verified that the gear shaper cutter designed in optimization arithmetic is of less gear profile deviation when to cut tooth. The results show that the optimal gear shaper cutter can improve the accuracy of gear profile and causes equivalent natural easing quantity both at tip and root. of gear.
