一种电动轮椅车悬架结构参数设计

     

摘要

借鉴国际标准ISO2631-11997(E)中人体承受全身振动的评价方法,用动力学仿真软件ADAMS对一种电动轮椅车基于振动舒适性在一定频率简谐激励下的悬架结构参数进行均匀试验设计仿真分析,并利用二次逐步回归方法对试验结果进行回归分析,得到各结构参数对电动轮椅车振动舒适性的贡献度,为电动轮椅车悬架设计提供一定的依据.%Referring to the ISO2631-1 1997 (E)Mechanical vibration and Shock-Evaluation of human exposure to whole-body vibration, the suspension structural parameters of an electric wheelchair were studied in a certain frequency harmonic input based on vibration comfort with the method of Uniform Design with the dynamics simulation software ADAMS. Then regression analysis of simulation results was done with Quadratic Stepwise Regression method and the influence of structural parameters on vibration comfort was obtained. This study provides a certain basis for suspension design for electric wheelchairs.
