基于ANSYS盘形悬式绝缘子的模态分析

         

摘要

Modal analysis is a modern method of dynamic characteristics study,and is also a system discrimination method applied in the field of engineering vibration.Modal analysis of the structure on solving the natural frequencies and mode shapes can effectively understand the dynamic characteristics of the structure and provide a theoretical basis for the detection of the struclure.The three—dimensional finite element model of the cap and pin insulator is established and the Block Lanczos extraction method is chosen to extract the 10-order modal through the finite element analysis software ANSYS.Sy analyzing the natural frequency and mode shapes of each mode, the vibration characteristics of the insulators is judged effective— ly;on the one hand,the basis for the dynamics of insulators is provided,on the other hand,also engineers are helped to diagnose insulator failure.%模态分析是研究结构动力特性一种近代方法,是系统辨别方法在工程振动领域中的应用.对结构进行模态分析求解结构的固有频率和振型,可以有效的了解结构的动态特性并为结构的检测提供理论依据;基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对盘形悬式绝缘子建立三维有限元模型,选择Block Lanczos提取方法,提取前10阶模态;通过分析各阶模态的固有频率和振型,有效的判断了绝缘子的振动特性;一方面为绝缘子的动力学研究提供了基础,另一方面也有助于工程师对绝缘子故障的诊断.
