基于ANSYS的数控镗铣床主轴结构动态特性对比分析

         

摘要

Three -dimensional model of two different CNC boring and milling machine spindles structures were established using Pro/E,and the models were imported into ANSYS,and the unit SOLID185 and the spring-damper unit COMBIN14 finite element model are used to divide the spindles and bearing spindles, and also the vibration modal and harmonic response analysis was done to obtain the differences of the dynamic characteristics of the two spindles.With the machine parameters given,the pros and cons of the two spindles on the dynamic characteristics were drawn.The research also study the relationship betveeen the natural frequency of spindle and bearing span,obtaining the relationship curve between natural frequency and bearing span,which provides referential data for the design and optimization of CNC boring and milling machine spindle.%运用Pro/E对两种不同的数控镗铣床主轴结构进行三维建模,将模型导入到ANSYS中,分别采用实体单元SOLID185和弹簧阻尼单元COMBIN(1)4对主轴和轴承进行有限元模型的划分,对主轴进行振动模态和谐响应分析,对比分析结果,找出两根主轴在动态特性上的区别,并根据机床给定参数,得出两根主轴在动态特性上的优劣.同时还对主轴固有频率与轴承跨度之间的关系进行了研究,得出了固有频率与轴承跨距关系曲线图,为数控镗铣床主轴设计和优化提供数据参考.
