According to the requirements of the detection of the electric fuel pump,the performance testing system is studied.Basing on a single-chip microcomputer,the performance testing system on the electric fuel pump is developed.The system has the functions of data acquisition, processing,storage, statistical analysis and dynamic displaying.Through actual testing,the results show that the error of electric current is 2%,and the error of gasoline flow is (4~4.6)%, which fits the demands of GB/T 25984.1-2010.The system can be used not only in the on-line product testing,also can used for new products performance analysis ,and the system is in high efficiency,stable operation and convenient maintenance.%针对某公司生产的电动燃油泵产品出厂检测的需要,对电动燃油泵性能检测系统进行了深入的研究,基于单片机技术,开发了电动燃油泵在线性能检测系统.系统具有数据采集、处理、储存、统计分析及动态显示功能.结合生产实际,进行了实测验证,结果表明,汽车发动机电动燃油泵经2500小时的耐久性试验后,电流误差2%,流量误差(4~4.6)%,符合国家标准中的相关规定.系统既可用于产品在线检测,也可用于新产品的性能曲线分析,具有测试效率高、功能齐全、运行稳定、实时性强和维护方便等特点.
