不同温况点下铝合金液压阀岛溢流阀性能的测试研究

     

摘要

In order to test whether the performance of the aluminum-alloy hydraulic valve terminal relief valve can meet the demands or not under the conditions of high & low temperature between (-50~ 140)℃,according to its structure and working principle, the general structure of valve terminal test stand was established based on analyzing its test requirements.The entire valve terminal was put in the high-low temperature cabinet that the temperature can be adjusted, by which the dynamic characteristics of the valve terminal was tested under the condition of (-50~140)℃ ,and then the test dynamic characteristic curves were analyzed and can draw the test results that the hydraulic valve terminal can regulate pressure normally under the set temperature environment without leakage phenomenon;the response speed of the hydraulic valve terminal relief valve is slightly slow in low temperature between (-50℃—20)℃,but its pressure is stable and adjustable,and can work normally ;the response speed almost has no difference between(-21~79)℃ and(80~140)℃ working conditions.The electromagnetic valve can reverse normally under the condition berntween(-50~79)℃,but can't under(80~140)℃ condition.%为测试铝合金阀岛溢流阀的性能在(-50~140)℃温况下能否满足使用要求,根据铝合金液压阀岛系统结构和工作原理,并在分析其试验要求的基础上构建了阀岛溢流阀测试平台总体结构.将整个阀岛置于能够调温的高低温柜内,通过在(-50~140)℃的温况下对阀岛溢流阀的动态特性进行测试,分析测试的动态特性曲线,得出测试的结果:液压阀岛在设定的测试温度范围内均能正常调压,无外渗漏现象;液压阀岛溢流阀在(-50~20)℃的温度下工作时其响应稍为缓慢,但压力稳定可调能正常工作;在(-21~79)℃温况下工作时其响应与(80~140)℃温况下基本没有差异.液压阀岛电磁阀在(-50~79)℃温况下能正常换向,在(80~140)℃温况下却不能.
