滚塑机烘箱内部温度场的数值模拟研究

         

摘要

A simplified 3D model of rotational moulding machine oven was established,and a 3D numerical simulation was carried out with the RNG k-e approach in FLUENT.Due to the unevenly distributed temperature field in the original oven structure, four types of reform designs were proposed and numerically investigated.Results showed that by dividing the air flow into two strands, which were left-skewed and right—skewed 30°respectively, and both strands obliqued 30°downward,making the temperature field around the mould uniform,and the mean temperature remained relatively high,being positive to the heating process of the moulding materials, proving to be the most effective reform design with good feasibility and economical efficiency.%应用Gambit软件,建立了滚塑机烘箱结构的三维简化模型,并采用FLUENT软件的RNG k-ε湍流模型对烘箱内部的温度场进行了三维数值模拟,针对现有烘箱结构存在的温度场分布不均匀的问题,通过改变进风口处气流流入的方向,提出了四种改进方案,并对改进方案进行了数值模拟,模拟结果表明,将进气口气流分为左右两股,分别左、右偏30°,并向下偏30°斜向射入烘箱,能使模具周围温度场较为均匀且平均温度较高,有利于模具内原料加热过程的进行,是模拟效果最佳的改进方案,该改进方案具有较好的可行性和经济性.
