定轴式变速器传动轴布局优化

         

摘要

Taking both ends rigid clamping rectangular piezoelectric bimorph oscillator as piezoelectric-driven components,audio signals are converted into vibration signals,a novel kind of rectangular piezoelectric bone conduction hearing device is proposed by means of bone conduction.Parameters of impact on the performance of piezoelectric are analyzed by using of FEM analysis, and an optimization scheme of piezoelectric oscillation structure parameters is programmed,And a piezoelectric bone conduction hearing device is designed and manufactured.After that the compared experiment between the piezoelectric bone conduction hearing devices and electromagnetic bone conduction hearing device is carried out,which results are compared and analyzedThe experimental studies show that:the basic performance of piezoelectric bone conduction hearing device can meet the requirements of bone conduction hearing device.%变速器作为原动件和执行件之间的传动装置,广泛应用于工矿企业,建筑,机械等行业中.对于变速器的参数化设计以及结构、可靠性优化已经比较成熟,而对于变速器箱体的优化比较少.本文针对新型电液换挡定轴式变速器的结构,在传动路线确定的条件下,将齿轮啮合的情况用平面拓扑结构表示;以箱体端面面积最小为目标函数建立数学模型,并根据几何约束关系将原有的多个设计变量简化为2个设计变量;对模型进行求解,得到传动轴的最优布局方案.优化后的端面面积较初始面积有所减少,因此简化后的模型针对箱体端面最优化问题是可行的,且使得求解过程可视化.
