防夹电动车窗控制器自动检测仪设计

摘要

为了克服人工检测系统操作复杂、效率低、检测精度不高等缺点,提高防夹车窗控制器的生产效率及产品合格率,设计了一种防夹电动车窗控制器自动检测系统.该检测系统以89S52单片机为控制核心,结合继电器、数码管显示等外围电路,实现了对防夹电动车窗控制器各项功能的自动测试,同时反馈防夹电动车窗控制器的功能状态信息.经过实践证明该设备比人工检测设备的具有更多测试功能,且技术先进,自动化程度高,测量精度高,极大地提高了控制器的生产效率和产品合格率,产生了显著的经济效益.%In order to overcome the complex operation,tow efficiency and low testing precision of artificial detection system, and increase the efficiency of the Window controller and the qualified rate of products kind of the electric Windows controller with automatic detection system was designed.W ith 89 S52 single-chip as control core,combining the outer circuit such as relays,digital tube display,automatic function test for the anti-pinch window controller was realized.At the same time the function status information of electric Windows controller were fed back.After practice the equipment was proven to be more in testing function than that of artificial detection equipment with advanced technology, high degree of automation and high accuracy,which greatly enhanced the efficiency of controller and product percent of pass, and achieved remarkable economic benefits.
