基于Inventor三维吊装仿真系统的研究与应用

     

摘要

为满足社会化进程发展的需求以及吊装行业的迅猛发展要求,辅助吊装工程设计人员快速高效地制定优良的吊装方案,基于Inventor VBA建立了以数据库为支撑的三维吊装仿真系统.阐述了此系统的架构与功能,以及设计方案及其实现方法.采用面向对象的建模方式与仿真技术,使用人机界面交互、多渠道数据传递的方法将虚拟仿真技术与吊装作业过程相结合,实现了对吊装作业工程的三维模型动态演示,为进一步辅助吊装行业进行合理优化方案的制定提供了依据.%In order to meet the requirements of process of society and the rapid development of hoisting industry,as well as to assist the designer to formulate an excellent hoisting scheme quickly and efficiently,a 3D hoisting simulation system supported by database is established according to Inventor VBA.The structure and function of this system,the design proposal and the method of implementation are introduced in this arti-cle.By adopting the object-oriented modeling method and simulation technologies,interacting with human-machine interface and transferring multi-channel data,virtual simulation technology is combined with the process of hoisting working.3D model dynamic demonstration of hoisting work is achieved,which provides basis for further assisting to formulate a reasonable and optimal program in hoisting industry.
