HSK热缩刀柄-刀具失效分析

         

摘要

To give full play to the functions of HSK shrink toolholder in high-speed machining,it analyzes different factors what lead the shrink toolholders to fail.Specially material properties and clamping force how they result in failure are analyzed in detail,which provide corresponding solutions.The size of HSK toolholder and cutter,the interference fit,the material properties and centrifugal force are also taken into consideration.Normally ,the shortage of clamping force is the main failure causes of high speed machin-ing.lt analyses the failure modes of HSK shrink toolholder and operates simulation experiments using AN-SYSAccording to the analysis results and the simulation results,some significant conclusions were obtained,which provide important parameters to fully utilize the potential of the HSK shrink toolholder for high speed machining.%为充分发挥HSK热缩刀柄在高速加工中的应用潜能,分析了HSK热缩刀柄在高速加工中的失效形式,对材料强度失效和夹紧力失效两大方面进行了详细分析,并提出了相应的应对方法.综合考虑了HSK刀柄和刀具尺寸、过盈量、材料特性、离心力、传递扭矩等因素的影响.一般情况下,夹紧力不足是夹紧系统高速旋转失效的主要原因.对HSK热缩刀柄的失效形式进行了总结,并且分析了其主要原因,利用ANSYS进行了仿真验证,得出有益的时效应方案,为HSK热缩刀柄在实际加工应用中提供指导依据.
