陶瓷窑炉远程故障诊断系统软件设计

             

摘要

To achieve the Junction of remote fault diagnosis for ceramic kiln,decrease the cost of fault diagnosis,a scheme based on two-tier structure for ceramic kiln fault diagnosis is proposed.The key software module in the ceramic kiln remote fault diagnosis system is developed including remote fault diagnosis module and remote real-time data monitor module developed with C# language ,multithread technology, ActiveX technology and javascript technology.Then backward reference engine module is developed with SQL in the SQL2000 database.The simulation result show that the system designed may proviae better reference for rapid diagnosing ceramic kiln fault.%为了实现陶瓷窑炉远程故障诊断要求,降低故障诊断系统成本,提出基于两层结构的陶瓷窑炉远程故障诊断系统方案.在此基础上,重点阐述陶瓷窑炉远程故障诊断系统软件关键模块的开发:以C#为开发语言,采用多线程技术、ActiveX控件技术和iavascript技术对远程故障诊断模块和远程监测模块进行开发;采用SQL数据查询语言在数据库中实现了反向模糊推理机模块.仿真实验结果表明:所设计的系统能为陶瓷窑炉及时快速诊断出故障原因提供较好的诊断参考.
