基于ANSYS的加工中心电主轴静态性能分析

         

摘要

为了研究电主轴单元抵抗静态外载荷的能力及抗振性,以改善其在静态外载荷作用下的变形及自激振动,以高速卧式加工中心(THMS6340)的电主轴单元为研究对象,阐述了影响电主轴单元静态特性的主要设计参数,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对电主轴单元进行了简化建模、静态性能分析,获得了电主轴单元的变形,并运用达朗伯原理得出其刚度,且经过分析比较、验证了该电主轴单元的刚度.这一电主轴单元的静态分析研究为其进一步的动态分析提供了必要的依据.%A kind of self-built detection device of cross flow fan's performance parameters in the electric fireplace system is developed,and the working principles of its main parts are described.The performance parameterithe outlet velocity, air volume and fan speed)experiments of cross flow fans in the electric fireplace system with the straight blades and twisted blades are compared,which results showed the performance of cross flow fans with blades of 60° twisted angle is better than that of cross flow fans with straight blades.Meanwhile the flow field of cross flow fans with twisted blades is numerically simulated and the twisted angles of blades are optimized.The experimental test results were consistent with the numerical calculation results,which combination shall be an effective way for investigating the structure and improving the performance of cross-flow fans.
