The high-speed machining center mechanical vibration analyzer has a digital system alerting to anomalies in the upper electric spindle. Also claimed is a process using the analyzer. CLAIMED PROCESS - The process diagnoses imbalance defects e.g. in the cutting tool during idling, at above the reliability threshold level.
