卡车发动机舱流场分析与散热性能研究

         

摘要

针对某卡车发动机舱热环境较差,应用CFD分析软件对发动机舱的流场和温度场进行数值仿真,充分考虑对流,换热和辐射的换热影响,模拟冷却模块和高温原件的散热量,分析发动机舱内的流动和散热情况.结果表明:发动机舱产生热回流,导致循环加热,散热器、中冷器等前端冷却模块的散热性能无法达到工况要求.通过添加阻风板和密封板,增大导流板面积等措施改进前端冷却模块的结构,有效阻止了回流,提高了冷却模块的散热性能,改善了发动机舱内的热环境.%Aiming at the poor thermal environment of a truck engine compartment,numerical simulations on flow and temperature fields of engine compartment were performed by applying CFD technique.The effect of heat exchangers,high-temperature components,heat convection and heat radiation were taken into consideration.Analysis shows that there was circumference in some regions of engine compartment which will make the thermal environment worse.The cooling pereormance of heat exchangers,such as radiator,intercooler and condenser,can't meet requirement.It improved the structures of heat exchangers of adding spoilers and sealing plates,increasing deflector area Circumference disappeared and cooling performance of engine compartment was well improved.
