微型数控铣床控制系统及NC代码编译算法的研究

     

摘要

According to the design idea of open system, a motion control system for the miniature CNC milling machine is developed. First, the configuration of hardware along with their working principle of the system is designed in detail. Secondly, according to the functional requirement, the software in PC for the control system is designed. Finally, it uses formula expressions library as matching and analysis tools, and integrating database technology to study the NC code compiling algorithm, and designs a customized NC code compiler for the control system. The NC code compiling algorithm has been demonstrated in the miniature CNC milling machine, and worked well This algorithm provides reference for the innovative research of NC system.%根据开放式数控系统的设计理念,开发了微型数控铣床的运动控制系统.首先,对系统的硬件结构及原理进行详细设计;然后,根据功能需求设计控制系统的上位机控制软件;最后,利用正则表达式类库函数作为匹配和分析工具,结合数据库技术,对NC代码的编译系统进行研究,并针对该数控铣床的控制系统设计了一套专用的NC代码的编译工具.该NC代码编译算法在微型数控铣床系统中进行了验证,并运行良好,为今后数控系统创新研究提供了参考.
