四辊轧机滚动轴承偏载与板形影响因素分析

         

摘要

In order to analyze the effect of influence factors on bearing load bias and strip shape, the entire deformation analysis model is established using software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Strip, work roll, backup roll and its bearing block are all considered in the simulation model. The influences of roll radius, friction coefficient, deformation resistance and tension on bearing load bias and plate crown are analyzed. The results show that the extent of bearing load bias and plate crown decrease with the increases of roll radius and tension, while they both increase with the increase of deformation resistance. The extent of bearing load bias increases with the increase of friction coefficient, while the plate crown changes in the opposite trend. There is a positive correlation between the bearing load bias and the plate crown. The results are beneficial to the roller bearings usage and shape control of strip rolling mills.%为了分析板带轧机滚动轴承列间偏载和板形的变化规律,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件建立了耦合轧件、工作辊、支撑辊及其轴承座的轧制过程整体变形分析模型,分析了辊径、摩擦系数、变形抗力及张力对轴承载荷分布和板凸度的影响.研究结果表明,轴承偏载程度和板凸度随轧辊半径和张力的增大而减小,随变形抗力的增大而增大;轴承偏载程度随摩擦系数的增大而增大,板凸度随摩擦系数的增大略有减小;轴承偏载程度与板凸度的变化呈显著正相关.研究结果可为板带轧机滚动轴承的使用和板形控制提供有益参考.
