三平移全柔性并联机构多目标拓扑优化设计

         

摘要

为满足精密定位和微纳制造领域对全柔性并联机构构型设计的需求,基于三平移并联机构原型,采用多目标拓扑优化理论,得到了一种结构配置较佳的新型全柔性并联机构.首先,基于单目标的柔度优化模型和固有频率优化模型,运用线性加权法建立了机构的多目标拓扑优化模型.然后,基于HyperWorks/OptiStruct软件和优化准则算法对机构进行拓扑优化设计,得到了拓扑优化后的新型全柔性并联机构.最后,通过HyperMesh软件对拓扑优化前后的机构进行静力学分析和模态分析,从而验证了多目标拓扑优化设计的有效性.%The configuration design of fully compliant parallel mechanism can't meet the demand of precision positioning and microano manufacturing, a new type of fully compliant parallel mechanism with better structure was designed based on the mechanism prototype and multi-objective topology optimization theory. Firstly, based on single target flexibility optimization and the single target natural frequency optimization model, the multi-objective topology optimization model of the mechanism was established by using the linear weighting method. Secondly, a new type of fully flexible parallel mechanism is presented by adopting the HyperWorks/OptiStruct software and the optimization criterion algorithm. Finally, the static analysis and modal analysis was carried out by using HyperMesh software. Therefore, the effectiveness of the multi-objective topology optimization method is verified.
