多设计载荷工况下风机整机动载荷特性分析

         

摘要

为研究风力发电机组在多种设计载荷工况下的动载荷特性,采用SIMPACK、TurbSim和AeroDyn软件协同仿真,以某5MW近海风力发电机组为例,在SIMPACK中建立其整机气-弹-控耦合仿真模型;根据IEC61400-1中规定的设计载荷工况,将风机叶片和塔架考虑为柔性体,使用PID变桨控制策略,模拟风机在正常湍流、极端湍流以及空载工况下风机运行情况,获得了风机轮毂处风速、叶片变桨角度及叶片载荷变化曲线;并对叶片根部载荷做频谱分析,发现叶根载荷频谱中轮毂转频对应频率处出现较大的峰值,是影响叶片疲劳寿命的主要因素.研究结果可为风力发电机组仿真及优化设计提供参考.%With the aim to study the dynamic response of wiud turbine under multiple design load cases,an aerodyramicelastic-control coupling simulation model of a 5MW offshore wind turbine was established by using the software of SIMPACK,TurbSim and AeroDyn.According to the IEC61400-1,we studied the dynamic load characteristics of wind turbine under normal turbulence model,extreme turbulence model and idling working condition.We chosed a conventional variable-speed,variable blade-pitch-to-feather configuration as the pitched-control strategy.And curves of hub wind speed,blade-pitch angle and load spectrum were obtained.The spectrum analysis shows that there is a large amplitude at rotational frequeney of the hub in the result spectrum.It is the main factor affect the fatigue life of rotor blades.The research results can be a reference to the simulation and optimization design of wind turbine.
