基于多岛遗传算法的柴油机连杆结构优化设计

         

摘要

According to the problem of the overweight of the diesel engine connecting rod,the finite element model of diesel engine connecting rod was built through APDL language by using the finite element structure optimization method based on ANSYS.Through the finite element analysis of the diesel engine connecting rod at the condition of maximum compression,contours of maximum stress and displacement are obtained.After the optimization of the connecting rod with MIGA algorithm through the ISIGHT Integrated optimization software,the stress of the connecting rod increased on some way,but it is limited in the allowable stress of the connecting rod material,the weight of the connecting rod reduced by 6.02%.The results show that the optimization of this paper is valid,which provides a reference of the lightweight design of connecting rod.%针对某柴油机连杆质量过大的问题,采用基于ANSYS的有限元结构分析方法,利用APDL语言建立了柴油机连杆的有限元模型.进行了连杆最大受压工况下的有限元分析,得到了连杆的最大应力和位移云图.在有限元分析的基础之上,利用ISIGHT集成优化软件结合多岛遗传算法对连杆杆身进行了优化设计,优化结果表明,杆身的应力虽然有一定程度的增大,但仍然在连杆材料的许用应力范围内,杆身的质量降低了6.02%,结果验证了的优化是有效的,为连杆的轻量化设计提供了参考.
