前盖组件制造精度控制研究

         

摘要

前盖组件是发动机中的重要承力件之一.它是由多种薄壁锻件、钣金件采用氩弧焊焊接而成的轴承座类零件,该类件具有结构刚性差、加工易变形、技术条件要求高等特点.通过对该零件结构特点和制造中出现问题进行分析,找出影响制造精度的因素,有针对性的采取措施及改变加工方案,从而突破此类零件加工中各项“技术瓶颈”.着重介绍通过控制余量均匀、装夹方式、切削参数、走刀方式以及定位基准精度高低等措施,阐述了该类零件在加工过程中是如何控制制造精度的,并取得了显著效果.%Front cover is one of the important bearing parts of the engine components.Two-dimensional cutting diagram,as shown in figure 1,it is by a variety of thin-wall forgings,sheet metal pieces with argon arc welding of bearing parts,with poor rigidity structure,processing this kind of thing easy deformation,high technical requirements,etc.Through the parts structure characteristics and problems in manufacture were analyzed,and find out the factors that influence the manufacturing precision of the targeted measures and change the processing scheme,the technical bottleneck of the breakthrough of such parts processing.Emphatically introduced in this paper by controlling the uniform allowance,the clamping way,cutting parameters,feed mode and benchmark locating precision is high and low,such parts are expounded in the process of processing is how to control the manufacturing precision,and has achieved significant results.
