双摆头为五轴联动加工中心核心功能部件,利用该部件可在一次装央定位工件后,完成全部或大部分加工工序,减少了二次装央对加工精度的影响.双摆头的央紧定位精度直接影响机床铣削的加工精度.介绍一种用在双摆头中的液压夹紧套制动机构,该机构具有定心精度高、夹紧力大、夹紧刚度高、结构紧凑、安全可靠等优点,实际应用效果很好.%The milling bead with double rotary-swivel axes is the core of functional parts for five-axis machining center, by which most of or all of processing can be finished at one fixing. The maehining error due to workpiece-fixing once again would be avoided.The machining accuracy of milling process is direefly influenced by the fixing-positioning accuracy of the milling head with double rotary-swivel axes. A hydro-clamping sleeve brake mechanism using in the milling head with double rotary-swivel axes was introduced.The mechanism has merits of high centering aeeuracy, big clamping force, high stiffness, size-compactness and admirable reliability.The practical use effect is very good.
