基于液压马达的防空高炮随动负载仿真系统设计

         

摘要

简述了防空高炮随动负载仿真系统在武器系统设计定型试验中的主要用途,介绍了基于双联液压马达的负载仿真系统设计、系统组成及工作原理,建立了影响高炮随动系统性能的几种冲击模型,重点研究了液压马达的选型、力矩/压力双反馈控制、无级变速比模拟系统设计等关键技术,并给出了有效的解决方法.%Usage of load simulation system for anti-aircraft gun servo system in weapon system approval test was specified. Design of load simulation system based on pair vane hydraulic motor, composition and operation principle of the system were introduced. Several impaction models for anti-aircraft gun servo system were built. The key technologies of simulation system design, such as choice of hydraulic motor, double feedback control of moment/ pressure, simulation system design of infinite variable speed, were studied. Effective solutions of key technologies were presented.
