30000kN全自动液压机液压系统仿真与优化

     

摘要

Aiming at problems of concussion and fulmination occurred during process of debugging on site, the hydraulic model was set up and the dynamic simulation was processed under AMESim simulation environment by analyzing the working principle of the 30 000 Kn hydraulic machine. The relation curves versus time were obtained, which represented variation of pressure in the working process of the press part. Some defects of the hydraulic system were appeared according to analysis of the curves, and the problems were solved by installing a pressure releasing loop. The optimized hydraulic system was validated by simulation.%针对30 000 kN液压机液压系统在现场调试过程中出现的冲击爆鸣问题,分析其液压系统原理,利用仿真软件AMESim建立相应的液压模型,并进行动态仿真,得到压制部分在一个工作循环过程中的压力变化曲线.通过对仿真曲线的分析,找到了爆鸣问题的原因,通过加装一个释压回路解决该问题,并对优化后的液压系统进行了仿真验证.
