The optimal impulse response wavelet was presented. It was combined with scale-space correlation for vibration analy sis in strong noise background. The impulse response wavelet base was derived from the impulse response of single degree system. The optimal wavelet base function was determined according to kurtosis maximization criteria. The scale-space correlation method combined with CWT was used for noise reduction in vibration signal. The example analysis result proves that the proposed method is valid for de-noising, and it can effectively extract fault feature from vibration signals.%提出最优冲击响应小波,将其与尺度相关降噪相结合,进行强噪声背景下振动信号分析.从单自由度系统冲击响应出发,得到冲击响应小波基函数,然后依据峭度最大准则确定最优小波基.利用连续小波变换和尺度相关对振动信号降噪.实例分析表明:该方法具有良好的去噪性能,并能更好地提取振动信号中的故障特征.
