日立EX系列挖掘机发动机失速分析

摘要

Engine stall was illustrated which was one typical failure of hydraulic excavator. Based on analyzing the work principle of Hitachi EX series excavators, the method of power balance between engine and hydraulic system was applied to analyze the phenomenon, reasons, failure nature and diagnosis method of the engine stall leaded by the three key links, namely engine system, hydraulic pump flow control system, hydraulic working device. The analysis results show that the method is effective to locate and diagnose the failure of engine stall.%对现代挖掘机的典型故障--发动机失速进行重点剖析.在分析日立EX系列挖掘机工作原理的基础上,应用发动机与液压系统功率平衡的方法,对3个重点环节(发动机系统、液压泵流量控制系统、液压工作装置)导致发动机失速的现象、原因、性质、故障特征及检测与诊断方法进行系统阐述.结果表明:应用发动机与液压系统功率平衡的分析方法,发动机失速的故障诊断和定位比较快速、有效.
