一种钛合金细长轴零件的加工工艺研究

For machining of titanium alloy slender axis with special structure, a process plan was proposed that was coarse grinding cylinder, rough and finish milling plane, last precision grinding cylinder through repeated analysis and practice, and the appropriate technological measures were adopted to meet the technical requirements of customers.%针对特殊结构的钛合金细长轴的加工,经过反复的分析和实践,提出粗磨外圆后粗、精铣平面最后精磨外圆的工艺方案,并采取相应的工艺措施,满足了客户对产品的技术要求.
