基于STA/SPC/EPC的集成方法质量控制技术研究

         

摘要

工程实践证明,工程过程控制不能预测过程的失效,且不能保证最佳的过程制造质量.采用统计公差分析(STA)、工程过程控制(EPC)和统计过程控制(SPC)集成控制技术才能更好地保证产品的质量.简单介绍STA、EPC和SPC在制造过程质量控制中的特点,提出了一种STA、EPC与SPC集成的过程控制体系结构,对系统的信息接口技术、智能集成技术及协调控制技术进行了研究,并通过一个制造过程的具体实例对其集成技术及质量控制保证技术进行了分析.结果表明:该技术的应用不仅保证了个体参数值的要求,也保证了同一参数群体的分布规律,可明显提高制造过程的质量.%Proved by engineering practice, invalidation of process can not be forecasted by engineering process control, and optimal manufacturing quality in the process can not be guaranteed. The features of STA, SPC and EPC were outlined during the manufacturing quality control, a process control system which integrated STA, EPC and SPC was put forward. The informational system interface technique, the intelligent integration technique and the harmonious control technique were studied. The integrated technique and the quality guaranteed technique were analyzed through a specific manufacturing process example. The results show that the application of this technique guarantees not only the need of individual parameter. but also the distrihution regulation of the group of a same parameter. The quality of manufacturing process can be markedly improved.
