气体参数在线调整装置的DSP控制系统研究

摘要

针对阀控非对称缸气体参数在线调整装置,搭建"PC+DSP"两级计算机控制系统,DSP主要完成对气体参数在线调整装置的实时控制及数据采集,PC机主要完成采集数据的实时显示,由RS232串行通信接口实现PC与DSP之间的实时通信,并编写相应的数据处理程序及主控制程序.%A two-level computer control system based on PC and DSP was designed aiming at valve controlled asymmetric cylinder in the online regulator of air chamber parameters. DSP subsystem was responsible for real-time control on the online regulator of air chamber parameters. PC subsystem was mainly used to realtime display data. RS232 serial communication interfaces were applied for real-time communication between PC and DSP. Data processing programs and main control program were compiled for the control system.
