基于SINUMERIK840D的数控螺纹磨床砂轮恒线速控制

         

摘要

The changing linear speed of grinding wheel impacts machining accuracy in the process of grind on CNC thread grinder. Based on Siemens SINUMERIK 84OD, the method of constant linear speed control of grinding wheel was presented. R parameter was used to calculate diameter of grinding wheel and speed closed-loop was used to control linear speed of grinding wheel. This method was convenient and practical. The system model was built using Simulink/Simpewer system and simulation was made. The simulation results show that the accuracy of linear speed of grinding wheel is significantly improved and the speed is stable.%数控螺纹磨床磨削过程中,砂轮线速度的变化影响加工精度.提出基于西门子SINUMERIK 840D的砂轮恒线速控制方法.该方法利用R参数计算砂轮直径,采用速度闭环控制砂轮恒线速运行,简便实用.运用Simulink/Simpower sys-tem建立该系统模型,并对模型进行仿真分析.结果表明:砂轮线速度误差明显减小,而且具有较强的稳定性.
