4种气压驱动的铰杆-杠杆增力双工位夹具

             

摘要

采用“一个气缸一个工位”的原则所设计的传统双工位夹具具有结构不紧凑等缺点.为改善这一缺点,设计一种单气缸驱动双工位的夹具.然而由于夹紧工位的对称性,导致单气缸驱动双工位夹具不能同时夹紧非等高工件.介绍了4种方案用来解决这一问题,其基本原则是在原有的机械结构上增加一个自由度,同时为了增大输出压紧力,采用了铰杆-杠杆增力机构.详细叙述了各个解决方案的工作原理并分析比较它们的优缺点.实际应用时,推荐采用浮动滑块式和浮动滚轮式双工位夹具.%There are several shortcomings of the traditional double location fixture which is designed by using the principle of " single cylinder driving a location" , such as the structure is not compact and so on. To overcome the disadvantages, a kind of fixture based on single cylinder driving double location was designed. However for the symmetry of the clamping location, the single cylinder driving double clamping fixture can't be used to clamp the unequal altitude workpieces at the same time. Four kinds of solutions were recommended whose basic principle was adding a degree of freedom based on the original mechanical structure. To amplify the output pressing force, the toggle - lever force amplifier device was applied. The working principles of the four solutions were described in detail. Their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. The floating slider and floating roller double location clamping device has better performance than the others in practical application.
