The construction (1) has a lever (3) connected with a bell crank lever (2) at an end (6) via a joint (7). The bell crank lever is designed as a dual bell crank lever (10), where a traction element (9) i.e. chain, is attached in a hinged manner at an end point (14) of the crank lever. The traction element is guided over two roller elements (15, 16) in hinged manner and fixed at a bell crank lever axis (18), where the lever that is extended is supported in a swivelable manner at the bell crank lever. The roller elements are designed as toothed wheel and a base roller element, respectively.
