摘要

To machining center equipping automatic change more multi-worktable, orientation and clamped device are important, they can affect precision and reliability of the machining center. A system was designed to index and exchange positioning & clamping mechanism in the tray of horizontal machining center. So the problems of complexity and accuracy in design are solved.%对于配置了可自动交换的多工位工作台的加工中心来说,定位与夹紧机构是一个重要部分,它影响机床的精度和可靠性.设计了卧式加工中心托盘分度交换定位机构,解决了拖盘分度定位夹紧、拖盘交换定位夹紧复杂的结构、精度等设计、制造难题.
