多工位冷镦机油雾抽吸及油雾处理方案的研究

摘要

It is concerned abroad that the harm to the environment and the operator of the public of the oil fog of cold heading. A removing separating scheme for mist and fog of oil produced in sold heading process was studied. Finally an appropriate treatment plan of the fog was obtained. It has provided great guidance to recovery process of waste fluids, waste gases and waste residue commonly existed in the manufacturing industries.%冷镦加工中产生的油雾对环境及操作者带来的危害已被广泛关注.针对冷镦加工中产生油雾的抽吸及分离方案进行了研究,得出了合适的油雾处理方案,为制造业普遍存在的废液、废气、废渣的回收处理提供了参考.
