A full-closed loop CNC system simulation model was built by using fuzzy neural network controller with friction compensation feedforward and integral units. The proposed controller as well as a conventional P controller, a fuzzy logic controller and fuzzy neural network controller were simulated based on the simulation model. The simulation results show that the proposed controller has good static and dynamic performance compared with the other controllers.%在数控全闭环系统中,采用带摩擦补偿与积分环节的模糊神经网络复合控制器作为位置控制器,搭建数控全闭环系统仿真模型,对比单纯P调节器、模糊控制器及模糊神经网络控制器的仿真控制效果.结果表明:使用复合控制器的全闭环系统具有良好的动、静态特性,性能优于上述其他控制器.
