高速数控轧辊磨床供油试验平台的设计

摘要

基于国产传统数控轧辊磨床的现有技术,分别设计了高速数控轧辊磨床静压、动压及动静压、低压润滑3种供油系统,在此基础上,开发出了高速数控轧辊磨床液压供油试验平台,为高速数控轧辊磨床的国产化提供了有力的支撑.%Three kinds of oil supply systems were designed respectively, namely, static pressure oil supply system, dynamic pressure and dynamic/static pressure oil supply system, low pressure lubrication oil supply system, for the high-speed CNC roll grinder based on existing technologies of the domestic traditional CNC roll grinding machine. On the basis, the hydraulic oil supply test platform for the high-speed CNC roll grinder was developed. Thus, powerful experiment support is provided for producing domestically high-speed CNC roll grinder.
