基于模具补偿法的U型件回弹控制

         

摘要

在板料冲压成形过程中,回弹是一种常见但不易解决的问题,在U型件成型中回弹更加明显.模具补偿法是实际生产中常用的控制U型件回弹的方法,但仅停留在经验的层次上.根据回弹理论推导U型件弯曲时模具补偿半径R1与弯曲凸模圆角半径R0的计算公式,并设计了相应的补偿模具对公式进行验证.实验结果表明:该计算公式具有较好的精度,按该计算公式对模具参数取值可以有效地控制回弹.这一结论对实际生产具有一定的借鉴作用.%It is a common problem that panel will be springback during the process of punch forming, which is hard to be solved, and springback phenomenon is even more obvious in 11-shape ware forming. Mould compensation method is the frequently-used method to control the springback of U-shape ware in actual production, but the application is still preserved in the level of experience at present. The computational formulae of mould compensation radius R, when U-shape ware bending and the bent punch-pin round radius Rq were deduced according to springback theory. The relevant compensation moulds were designed to test the formulae through experiments. The results prove: the computational formulae have better precision, and the springback can be controlled effectively by selecting the value of mould parameters according to the computational method. This conclusion will be of reference value to actual production to some extent.
