基于球杆仪的VMCL600型立式加工中心精度检测与分析

         

摘要

基于球杆仪的误差检测原理,通过球杆仪检测VMCL600型三轴立式机床5个不同位置的误差,找出影响该型号加工中心几何精度的主要因素是垂直度误差、y轴和x轴的反向间隙、比例不匹配误差等.分析了这些误差产生的原因、对加工精度的影响并提出相应的解决措施.%Based on the error measurement principle of ball-bar, the errors of 5 different locations of VMCL600 type CNC vertical machine center were measured by a QC10 ball-bar. Measuring results show: the major factors that affect this model machine center's geometry precision are error of perpendicularity, the backlash and scaling mismatch error of y axle and x. The error producing reasons and influences for machining precision were analyzed, the solving measurements were also proposed.
