基于CAXA公式曲线的凸轮轮廓曲线设计与线切割加工

摘要

根据凸轮机构从动件的运动规律,提出利用CAXA线切割软件的公式曲线功能进行凸轮轮廓精确设计的方法,同时利用CAXA线切割软件的CAM功能实现了凸轮的数控加工,为研究凸轮机构的数字化设计方法及数控制造技术提供参考.%According to the operation law of cam follower, the formula curve function of CAXA wire-electrode cutting software was proposed to design cam profile accurately. At the same time, the CAM function of CAXA wire-electrode cutting software was used to achieve NC machining of the cam. It provides reference for researching digital design methods and CNC manufacturing technology of cam.
