A multi-objective method-based cam curve design method for a cap screwing machine relates to the technical field of cam design for cap screwing machines, for use in solving the problem of poor running stability of a cam mechanism due to that an existing cam curve redesign method cannot optimize parameter items according to importance degrees. The method comprises: obtaining key point data determined for a cam of a cap screwing machine to implement a function; performing dimensionless on the key point data to obtain dimensionless time T and a dimensionless displacement S; writing an n-order polynomial fitting cam curve displacement function, manually inserting a local control point, and obtaining a polynomial fitting cam curve expression and graph by using a least square method on the basis of constraint conditions of a key point displacement; and selecting a cam curve optimization target, and setting a weight coefficient to construct an optimized cam curve. The method is used for cam curve design.
