数字阀用电-机械转换元件性能的研究

             

摘要

The characteristic of common control algorithms used in electro-mechanical conversion device was introduced. The sine-driving method based on position feedback was put forward. Adopting TMS320F2812, the equipment was designed to test the stat-ic and dynamic characteristics of electro-mechanical conversion device used in digital valve. Using position PID control algorithm, the response of electro-mechanical conversion device driven by sine-subdivide drive was achieved. The results show that the test system has good dynamic characteristic and rapid response to movement features. The response frequency is increased and high-resolution is en-sured.%介绍常见控制方式下电-机械转换元件驱动的优缺点,提出基于位置反馈的正弦驱动控制方式;基于TMS320F2812,设计出应用于数字阀的电-机械转换元件静、动态性能的测试装置.采用位置PID控制方式,通过实验研究电-机械转换元件在正弦细分驱动下的静、动态响应.从实验结果看:该测试装置动态性能良好,且能快速反应电-机械转换元件运动特性,不仅提高了响应频率,同时兼顾了精度.
