控制总阀阀体的夹具设计及数控程序设计

     

摘要

Integrated process planning design and fixture design for numerical control turning control valve body was made and multi-processes could be finished once.So traditional drilling,milling,boring and other decentralized processes were changed.At the same time,cutting process was controlled and cutting parameter were reasonable matched.So the efficiency and accuracy are obviously improved,loss is reduced.The optimization of processing technology is realized.%进行数控车削控制总阀阀体的集中工艺规程设计与工装设计,一次安装完成多道工序,改变了以前的钻、铣、镗等分散的加工工艺设计,同时对切削过程进行控制以及合理匹配切削用量,使得效率、精度等明显提高,损耗减少,实现了加工工艺的优化.
