基于曲面分片的五轴刀具轨迹规划

             

摘要

In order to improve machining efficiency of free surface,according to geometric features of a free surface,a planning algorithm for surface subdivision was proposed based on principal curvatures and nearby transmission of kind accumulation.Different tools were adopted and tool paths were generated for different patches by subdividing the large complex surface into different smaller patches for numerical control (NC) machining.Experiments were conducted for path calculation,and results show that the machining efficiency can be improved effectively with the developed algorithm.%为了提高自由曲面的加工效率,根据自由曲面的几何特性,提出了基于主曲率和近邻传播聚类的曲面分片算法.将大型复杂曲面划分为不同的数控加工子曲面区域,对不同的区域采用不同的刀具以及路径生成方法.通过实例进行路径计算,结果表明提出的方法可以有效提高复杂曲面的加工效率.
