一种步进电机模糊自整定PID闭环控制系统设计

         

摘要

Considering combination of costs and accuracy,a creep testing machine system controlled by stepper motor was constructed according to the characteristics of small stress-loading range and complex changing of polymer materials.Its working principle was Analyzed.By using fuzzy control theory,fuzzy rules and expert experience,the fuzzy PID control was designed to control the actual stress of polymer materials.The parameters were determined by simulation.According to experiment analysis,the results show that it has the characters of low-cost,high availability,high accuracy,rapidity and senseless to disturbance.%针对高分子材料应力加载范围小、对象变化复杂的特点,从成本和精度方面综合考虑,搭建了一套步进电机控制的蠕变持久试验机系统.简要分析了其工作原理,并通过采用模糊控制、利用专家经验的方式建立模糊规则,设计了模糊自整定PID控制策略,对高分子材料真实应力进行闭环控制.通过MATLAB仿真调节控制器参数,并对HTPB材料进行应力加载实验分析.结果表明:该控制系统具有成本低、可行性高、精度较高、快速和抗干扰能力较强等特点.
