基于Ansoft的交流电磁铁吸力特性研究

摘要

以吸入式交流电磁铁为研究对象,使用有限元分析软件Ansoft对交流电磁铁的电磁吸力特性进行仿真研究,深入分析分磁环对电磁吸力的影响、电磁铁平均吸力的变化趋势及影响因素以及电磁铁工作过程中各部分产生的涡流对电磁力的影响,并针对仿真计算结果与实验结果进行对比分析.%Finite element analysis can be used as an effective tool for study of AC electromagnet.Suction properties of AC electromagnet were investigated based on Ansoft software.The instantaneous armature force and time average armature forces at different conditions were simulated.The effect of eddy currents in the shading ring and other part of AC electromagnet was discussed.The simulation results of armature force were compared with experimental values.
