轴向柱塞泵变量机构的数学建模及控制系统仿真分析

         

摘要

To control the CCY14-1B axial piston pump better and analyze its dynamic performance precisely,the stroking mecha-nism of axial piston pump was analyzed. Dynamic equations of each part of the stroking mechanism were set up according to its working principles and the transfer function of the system was established using these dynamic equations. To get better performance of the con-trol system,a closed loop control system was established and its dynamic performance was simulated using MATLAB. In the simula-tion process,PD control algorithm was introduced and good control performance was obtained by adjusting corresponding parameter of the PD algorithm.%  为了更好地控制常用的CY14-1B轴向柱塞泵,以及准确地分析其动态过程,分析轴向柱塞泵变量机构的结构,根据其工作原理建立各个环节的动力学方程,进而建立系统的传递函数。搭建一个闭环控制系统,在MATLAB下进行动态仿真,在仿真过程中通过引入PD控制算法,调整其相应参数,获得了优良的控制性能。
