基于双线性插值的高斯曲面拟合定位算法研究

         

摘要

The optical characteristic point location accuracy is the key factor affecting on the measurement precision of vision co-ordinates measurement system based on optical characteristic point imaging. In order to improve the optical characteristic point preci-sion location,the gauss curve fitting location algorithm based on the bilinear interpolation was studied. The mathematics model was constructed on all pixel points gray,position and the center position of characteristic point image according to the optical characteristic point in this algorithm of relevance of the gauss gray distribution,pixel gray value and height in the characteristic point image. The center location of characteristic point image was determined by Gauss formula. The bilinear interpolation subdivision algorithm was used to increase the effective fitting calculation points so as to improve location algorithm accuracy. Finally,the experiment results show that the method of location standard error is 0. 006 5 pixels,and the location repeatability error is 0. 013 pixel. It is proved that the method has high location accuracy,and can realize the precise location of characteristic points.%  光学特征点的定位精度是影响基于光学特征点成像的视觉坐标测量技术的测量精度的关键因素.为了提高光学特征点的定位精度,对基于双线性插值的高斯曲面拟合定位算法进行研究.该算法根据光学特征点图像灰度分布的高斯特性和特征点图像内各个像素点的灰度值与高度之间的相关性,构造特征点图像区域内各个像素点的灰度值、位置和特征像点的中心位置间的数学模型,通过高斯算式确定特征点图像的中心坐标位置.通过双线性插值细分算法增加有效拟合计算点数以提高定位算法的精度.最后,试验结果表明该方法的定位标准差为0.0065像素,定位重复性误差为0.013像素;证明该方法具有高的定位精度,能够实现对特征点的精确定位.
