CRTSⅡ型轨道板磨床激光测量方法研究

摘要

CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道板承轨台的磨削精度直接影响到高速铁路轨道的平顺性与稳定性.基于CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道板承轨台的数控磨削,介绍了轨道板专用磨床激光测量系统的测量点、测量方法和测量数据的建模.%The grinding precision of support rail bed of CRTS II type track slab has a direct impact on ride comfort and stability of high-speed railway. Based on CNC grinding of support rail bed of CRTS II ballastless track slab, the measurement points, the measurement methods and modeling of measurement data of laser measurement system of track slab special grinder were described.
