基于三维扫描点云对渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮的参数提取

         

摘要

Started from practical engineering need, based on object reverse engineering ( RE) technologies, referenced from the existing relevant research results, the solution of reverse route and method of basic parameters of the involute cylindrical helical gear are studied. The main idea was how to solve in reverse the base circle radius to determine whether or not tooth profile curve was an involute. On the premise of clear involute profile, according as scanning point cloud, with the help of three dimensional ( 3D) software about re⁃verse and its digital measurement function, the gear transverse plane information and the whole depth, addendum circle, dedendum cir⁃cle and common normal line such main geometry size were obtained. Then according to the gear meshing theory, measurement technolo⁃gy theory, the module, pressure angle, tooth coefficient helix angle and other parameters were solved gradually in reverse. Through a pair of helical cylindrical gear reversely derived from the engineering practice, the main parameter extraction methods and process were given so as to verify the feasibility of the method mentioned. In view of point cloud and reverse solution type of gear, geometric meas⁃urement method and operability, programming tool ease of use and other aspects, it is different from the main references 1 and 2 de⁃scribed of two kinds of the reverse solution method of parameters, but it possesses the advantages of them both.%出于工程实际需要,基于实物逆向工程技术,借鉴已有的相关研究成果,研究了渐开线圆柱斜齿轮基本参数的反求途径和方法。主要思路为以能否反求出基圆半径来判定齿轮的齿廓线是否为渐开线;在明确为渐开线齿廓的前提下,依据扫描点云并借助逆向三维软件及其数字化测量功能来获取齿轮的端面信息及齿全高、顶圆、根圆和公法线等主要几何尺寸;进而依据齿轮啮合理论、测量技术理论逐步反求出齿轮的模数、压力角、齿制系数螺旋角等参数。并通过来源于工程实际的一配对斜圆柱齿轮的反求实例给出了其参数提取的主要方法及过程,以验证文中方法的可行性。在点云和反求齿轮类型、几何量测量方法及可操作性、编程处理工具的易用性等方面不同于主要参考文献[1-2]所述的两种参数反求方法,但具有二者的优点。
