As a key connecting part of the shift controller and clutch,the performance of electro-hydraulic shift control valve di-rectly affects the function and shift quality of transmission system.The system components and functions of the ZF4WG200 gear-box e-lectro-hydraulic shift control valve were introduced.Then according to the transfer function,the system stability and dynamic perform-ance were analyzed.%电液换挡操纵阀作为换挡控制器和离合器的关键连接部件，其性能优劣直接影响着换挡系统的功能与换挡品质。介绍ZF4WG200变速箱电液换挡操纵阀液压系统组成和功能，根据其传递函数，分析了系统的稳定性，并进行了系统的动态性能分析。
